Inspired by my teachers Tara Brach & Jack Kornfield, I am finally offering my first free Introduction to Mindfulness Course. The course, a series of six weekly 90 minute learning sessions, is scheduled for Tuesday evenings November 13 thru December 18, 2018 at the Community Room at St. Barnabas Episcopal Church in Borrego Springs located at 2680 Country Club Road, Borrego Spings, CA 92004.
